New Years Resolutions

We all make them, don’t we?

Every January 1st we promise ourselves all the things we’ll do and change. Usually, or so I’ve been given to believe, the average person puts 6-8 items on their list. 6-8 big items. You might have done something like it yourself.

  1. Lose weight
  2. Make money online
  3. Stop smoking
  4. Go to the gym
  5. Learn a language
  6. Get a new job

You get the idea. Every list is different, but they all have the same pattern: they don’t contain a plan of how to achieve the goal.
