If you want to sell your own range of products – I’m thinking of digital products rather than physical ones – there are only a few main steps.
Almost anyone, and I do mean anyone, can create their own product. But few do.
Of course, those steps do break down into a larger number of minor steps.
I have a feeling that’s what causes so many people never to create and launch their own product
One of the very first steps – in fact really the first step – is to discover what people want and then give that to them – you don’t just create something and then hope that it will sell.
No, what you should do is determine first whether it’s something that people want.
You can do that by checking sales figures of products in Clickbank, JVZoo, Warrior Forum, Zaxaa and other digital sales platforms.
There’s more to creating a digital product than just checking it may sell. The creation process can be very time consuming and difficult. For many of us it’s hard to know where to start and what comes second.
A blank page can be very difficult to work with!
For that reason I’m creating a course on digital product creation.
I’ve been asked the same questions many times over the last 10 years, by people who are just starting out. There’s a lot of confusion about creating digital products – and a lot of fear.
Yes, some people are actually scared of diving in and getting started.
But before I start creating the course I’m going to follow my own advice here. I need to be sure that it’s something my audience (that means you!) is likely to be interested in.
Are you interested in learning how to create digital products more easily? If I see enough interest I will create the course and offer a discount to everyone who comments about this on my blog.
Digital product creation changes every few years. New tools and techniques come out all the time. That’s why, as we head into 2018, I believe the time is absolutely perfect to bring you the freshest material on product creation.
But I need to be sure that I’m judging the timing right. For that, I need your help.
I need your feedback.
Let me know if this is something of interest to you. If you can tell me what your biggest headache is in creating a product, I can make sure to provide the best solutions for you.
What stops you from getting started? What stops you from finishing? What do you want to learn?
As an incentive for you to comment, I’ll offer a free copy of the course to one commenter chosen at random!
That does suppose I actually create the course, but you can influence that by commenting!
If there’s enough interest I’ll put the course together and give you all the latest information.
Please do comment, even if only to say you’re not interested!
